Where are you located?

We are located at Zadarska cesta 6, at the entrance to Zaton. We are approximately 10 kilometers from Zadar and 2 kilometers from Nin.

What are your service prices?

Commercial laundry service prices depend on daily volumes, textile type, client location, and the duration of the contractual relationship. For private customers, the price list is available at the laundry reception desk.

What if a stain remains after processing?

This is one of the most common questions in laundries across the EU. We are professionals and do everything we can to remove stains. However, we are limited by the care label, how long the stain has been present, previous treatment with semi-professional products at home, and the risk of color loss if the stain is treated more aggressively.

We invest time, products, and transport, and the service must be charged regardless of the final result.

How long does linen processing take during the season?

For business partners with an agreed cooperation model, linen is picked up and delivered according to a predefined schedule, most often daily or every other day. For private customers, the usual processing time is 3 to 4 days, and during peak tourist season it may take up to 6 days.

What are your business hours?

The laundry is open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on business days. The laundry is closed on Sundays and holidays.

What types of clients do you serve?

We work with hotels, apartments, restaurants, villas, campsites, wellness centers, wedding venues, sports facilities, cities, municipalities, nursing homes, private clinics and medical offices, catering services, cleaning services, and private customers.

How can I arrange cooperation?

For business cooperation, you can contact us by phone, email, or through the contact form on the website.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available to business customers with an agreed cooperation model, and the method and schedule are defined by contract.

What if linen is damaged?

Every piece of linen is processed according to the manufacturer's care label and professional textile processing standards. In rare cases of possible damage, we assess the situation individually and resolve it in cooperation with the client. Linen processing inside the facility is also monitored by a video surveillance system, which helps determine whether damage occurred during our processing and how it happened.
